If you are looking for a calm, quiet place to get a massage then you found it. I graduated from the massage therapy program at Aveda (IBW) in 2019.  I received my first massage there many years ago and it was a life changing experience which has lead me (and hopefully you) to the Zen Zone. I love to use cupping, Hot Stones, and aromatherapy to help calm the nervous system and induce a mediative, self healing state of mind.  To help with the relaxation process I don't do a lot of chit chatting during sessions. 
 

Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to session start time that way we can start on time. 

Late policy in order to keep the schedule on track if you are late the time will be deducted off of your session. If more than 15 mins late appointment will automatically be cancelled.

No Call No Show will be subjected to a $25 fee next appointment.

Effective November 9th new Saturday rates.  It will be $60 for a 60 minutes session and $90 for a 90 min session.
